  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During busy periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

2. UK SHIPPING
We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected international destinations.

  • Delivery times vary by location, typically 5–12 business days.

  • Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

5. FAILED DELIVERY / WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping costs may apply.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

For damaged items, please include photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

7. PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS
For pre-order items, estimated delivery times are shown on the product page.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless requested otherwise.
