1. PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
2. UK SHIPPING
We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary by location, typically 5–12 business days.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. FAILED DELIVERY / WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping costs may apply.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
