RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pinewood. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
We do not accept returns on:
• Gift cards
• Final sale items (if applicable)
HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin a return, please contact us at pinewood-golf@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and a return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at pinewood-golf@outlook.com
Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
We will guide you through the process.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at pinewood-golf@outlook.com with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping if necessary.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
Gift cards
Customised items
Final sale or clearance items
Items returned worn, washed, or without original tags
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (If Applicable)
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Customs and duties are not refundable by us.
